• 1Single participation only allowed.
• 2Theme will be announced on the spot. The poster must be designed strictly according to this theme.
• 3Preferred tools: Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop.
• 4Systems will be provided ONLY for Canva and Adobe Express users.
• 5Adobe Photoshop users are required to bring their personal laptops; systems will not be provided for Photoshop use.
• 6Posters must be original and created during the competition time.
• 7The design must be original. Plagiarism, duplication, or imitation of existing designs will lead to direct disqualification.
• 8Posters must not contain offensive, obscene, political, religious, or discriminatory content.
• 9Internet usage is permitted ONLY for accessing Canva or Adobe Express.
• 10No templates or AI-generated content allowed.
• 11Submission must be completed within the allotted time. Late, incomplete, or improperly named files will not be accepted.
• 12Only one submission per participant allowed.
• 13Organizers have the rights to monitor screens and activities. Any form of malpractice is strictly prohibited.
• 14The organizing committee reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participant violating the rules without prior notice.
• 15The decisions of the judges and organizing committee shall be final and binding.
• 16All participants must be present at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
